I am a trained facilitator in methods designed to enable authentic team building, strategic organizational development, and meaningful community dialogue and engagement. Through the Authentic Leadership in Action (ALIA) Institute, I am experienced in applying methodologies such as World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Theory U, and Chaordic Project Planning to enable results-oriented conversation.
I've led guided and trained teams in strategic design and process implementation, as well as led corporations and non-profits in community engagement events with groups ranging from 6 to 20 to 120 community members in important conversations around topics such as workforce development, third sector collaboration, fundraising, drug control, the power of the performing arts, diversity and inclusion, adverse childhood experiences and more.
